Please Exclude:

Both of our neighbor's docks. You can exclude everything from the neighbors on the left side (including boat).
You can exclude the umbrella and table/chairs below (please let us know if you feel it might enhance the painting)

Please Include:

Concrete porch, black rails (ok to make these lower if it will look better)
Left sided black rail (our boat house)
a portion of the turquoise chairs like pictured above. OK to modify how much is shown/orientation if you feel it would look better (although I tend to like the amount of of the chair shown in Pics #1 and #3 better than pictures like #4)
white balcony flower, small white flowers planted in the landscaping below as shown in pic #1
Please include the white hydrangeas (I like the bright white mid bloom ones like seen in pic#2, I also have a pic below)
All additional landscaping
Please include both our boat + dock and our neighbor's boat (right side of the pic) as the latter has been a staple of our back year since we have lived here.
Please include planters with flowers on the dock. These are normally a nice pink (see other pictures below). Please make sure these are vibrant looking
Please include view of downtown Madison and the capital building. It is hard to tell from the pictures but the buildings actually look a bit larger in person.
Please include a a few boats in the scene at varying distances. If you could work in the boat from picture #1 somewhere, that would be cool (these are some neighbors that we have cherished, please also note small flag on back of the boat). Additionally, a few sailboats could be nice, especially in the horizon
Please include all trees:
- You can exclude some of the lower brush on the large left shoreline tree (the one closest to the dock). I would favor showing more shoreline on the opposite side as well as more of our boat/lift/canopy
- Please note that the tree at the right shoreline is a bit crooked, we would like to capture this
My wife prefers calmer water. a little bit of movement would be cool.
